Come and enjoy one of the most beautiful natural sand beaches in the Southern Adirondacks! Spend your summers swimming, boating and fishing on Piseco Lake or just enjoying the lovely cool waters and picturesque views. Bring your motorboat, jet ski or sailboat! Leave your Kayaks or canoes on the holders down at the beach and enjoy all that this amazing area has to offer. The shared beach is over 700ft, there is a roped off swimming area and shared bathrooms by the beach. In the camp there are 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, and an eat in kitchen. The addition hosts a living room and a second private bedroom while the original trailer has the dining area, kitchen, bathroom and primary bedroom. The open deck is a nice spot for your morning coffee, and the firepit is just right for smores and conversations. The camp comes mostly furnished and completely decorated. The interior has been remodeled and plans were in the works for the exterior. There is a woodshed and a storage shed that sits just off the porch which can hold all of your toys. The price includes 1 stock share in the Half Moon Beach Association. The Association fee is $1900 per year which includes taxes and maintenance. The camp is hooked into the community water system. New owners will be required to hook into the new septic system.
