There is a nicely sized newer storage shed that can hold all of your toys and lawn care needs. The price includes 1 stock share in the Half Moon Beach Association. The Association fee is $1900 per year, which includes taxes and maintenance. The camp is hooked into the community water and sewer system. This association is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature and create lasting memories. Plus, having a storage shed for all your toys and lawn care needs is a great bonus.
